As Chief Learning Officer, Brent leads Verizon’s efforts to integrate AI into the employee learning journey, helping to transform employee skills, company culture, and the operating model. Brent and his team launched an enterprise-wide program called AI Unlocked in 2026 to build AI fluency across the company through learning experiences, networking, mentoring, change management, and live programming with AI innovators and thought leaders. With over a decade of leadership at Verizon, Brent has held pivotal roles across HR, including VP of People Experience/Employee Relations and VP of HR Business Partners for the Consumer Group. Known for leading large-scale transformations, he specializes in building career progression pathways and optimizing human capital to drive business outcomes.

Brent is a Rutgers University alumnus with a Master’s in Labor & Employment Relations. He lives in Morris County, NJ, with his husband, son, and dog.
