Brandy Royer is a Human Resources leader with extensive experience in the fields of finance, reporting and strategic planning. In 2012, she began her career at Purdue University in the Office of Engagement followed by roles as a business manager, financial analyst and assistant director of financial affairs across the university. Currently, she serves as the associate director of benefits in Human Resources where her skills in collaboration, planning, reporting and communication help her effectively lead and manage several areas within benefits. She’s responsible for managing vendor relationships, improving benefit processes and program services, overseeing health and wellness programs and communications, training, interpreting, analyzing and implementing University policies and procedures and more.

She loves spending time with her family, playing board games and watching movies, being outdoors, reading and vacationing on the beach.

Brandy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. Mary-of-the-Woods College and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Purdue University Global.
