Brandon has a proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-wide initiatives that improve efficiency and standardization. He established a regional continuous improvement program that captures measurable business impact, and led the deployment of tools and governance frameworks that significantly reduced project cycle times and improved demand management. His work centralizing training, aligning operational structures, and maturing project governance has strengthened organizational consistency and effectiveness across People Operations.

Previously, Brandon served as Director of Global HR Employee Services & Experience, where he oversaw global governance of service delivery models, managed performance through enterprise scorecards, and partnered with regional leaders to drive measurable improvements. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale system implementations, built global quality architectures, and advanced customer and employee experience strategies through data-driven insights and continuous improvement methodologies.
