Brad Haime is the Global Head of Learning and Leadership Development at Experian, where he leads the enterprise-wide strategy for cultivating leadership excellence and continuous learning. He oversees executive education programming, including Experian’s CEO Forum, and is accountable for AI-powered broad-based leadership development solutions such as the Leadership Exchange and MyCareer—an initiative that delivers personalized development aligned to each individual’s unique needs and interests.

An ICF-certified Executive Coach, Brad brings a deep commitment to personal and professional growth. He has held senior Talent Management leadership roles at Verizon Communications and Guardian Life, and spent a decade at PepsiCo in Talent Management, Coaching, and Learning. He began his career at Accenture, specializing in Human Performance in Financial Services.
