I've held technical and executive roles in R&D spanning technology and product development, sustainability, disruptive innovation and consumer understanding for Procter & Gamble and PepsiCo.  In addition, I have founded or advised several start-up companies.

I hold a Doctorate in Inorganic Chemistry from Ohio State University and am recognized as a Certified Culinary Scientist with the Research Chefs Association.
