With 10 years at Best-One Tire & Service, Bianca Altstadt has grown across Sales, HR & Payroll, and Benefits, giving her a unique perspective on both the employee and administrative sides of the workplace. Today, as Benefits Director, she focuses on employee engagement, administrative training, leadership support, and building confidence and ownership among employees.

Bianca believes communication is at the heart of a successful benefits and wellness strategy. Employees need more than access to programs; they need to understand them, trust them, and genuinely believe their organization cares about their well-being. Creating that connection transforms benefits from a checklist into a culture of engagement.

As a certified life coach, Bianca is also passionate about employee education, wellness, and empowering people to take ownership of their health and their experience at work. She believes the right vendor partnerships are an important part of that equation.
