Benjamin Hagan, first and foremost, is a father of two children, Annie (age 9) and Everett (age 6). He is also an avid runner and cyclist. Professionally, Ben is an Assistant Vice President, Benefits at AT&T. His teams have responsibility for health and welfare benefit design, total wellbeing, plan governance, leave and wellbeing policies, and labor support. Prior to AT&T, Ben was an actuary and benefits consultant for almost 15 years. He has a Masters in Business Administration, is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, and is an Enrolled Actuary. He did his undergraduate work at the University of Texas concluding with a mathematics degree with an actuarial science focus.
