Ben is responsible for the overall guest experience and business operations of Disney Institute's Professional Development Courses. Prior to that, he led the strategy development, creative concept development and launch of Disney Institute's newest content portfolio - Disney's Approach to Creativity in Business. He draws upon his experience leading delivery and content teams at Disney Institute - as well as launching new products for National Geographic Live.

Prior to joining Disney Institute, he was an operations guest service manager where he developed service initiatives to increase both guest and cast member satisfaction. Ben was also instrumental in leading the launch of several new products for National Geographic Live and Disney Institute and has served as the project manager for enterprise-wide diversity, equity and inclusion events for The Walt Disney Company. Ben began his Disney career working in various operations roles including: food &
beverage, attractions and guest relations. He also worked as a communications specialist for Walt Disney World Resort.

Additionally at Walt Disney World Resort, he delivered the initial training on Disney culture, heritage and professional guidelines to new hires as a Traditions facilitator.

Ben has a master’s degree in communication from Suffolk University, in addition to a bachelor’s degree in communication with a minor in French from Fitchburg State College.
