Ben is leading a team of high-performing Benefits experts responsible for the design and delivery of Retirement, Health & Welfare, and International Benefits at AT&T. Over 800,000 employees, retirees, and their families are eligible for healthcare benefits resulting in $3.5B in annual spend, and the team administers $75B+ of assets for AT&T’s Pension and Savings programs.

Ben joined AT&T over 15 years ago and has held leadership positions in a variety of roles across Compensation, Benefits, Policy, and Technology & Analytics. Prior to joining AT&T, Ben was a consultant at Deloitte driving results in the areas of Total Rewards Strategy & Operations and M&A. He focused on the Defense Industry as well as Telecommunications, where AT&T was his client for three years.

Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia. He lives in Dallas, TX with his wife Sarah and their three sons. He is actively involved with the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Dallas where he has served on the Board of Directors since 2016. Ben also is on the Board of Directors for the ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC) who lobbies for large employers providing health, retirement, and compensation benefits to their nationwide workforce.
