Astrid Uka

Astrid Uka serves as the Program Director of the Change & Transformation Council at The Conference Board. She is also CEO and Founder of Uka LLC, providing transition coaching to business leaders and strategic change advisory.

With more than 25 years of global leadership experience, Astrid has held senior transformation roles at Microsoft, Arvato, and Tetra Pak, driving large-scale AI, digital, and organizational change initiatives. At Microsoft, she served as AI Change Lead and Chief Transformation Officer in Sales and Marketing, leading AI Copilot adoption across Asia and implementing a global customer engagement transformation impacting 35,000 employees. A long-standing Conference Board Council and Executive Committee member, Astrid is a forward-thinking leader recognized for her ability to drive change, align stakeholders, accelerate innovation, and enable sustainable transformation.

She holds an engineering degree from the Technical University of Munich, executive certifications from University of Cambridge and University of Tennessee, and is a certified executive coach through the Hudson Institute of Coaching.
