April Weathers is Chief Strategy Officer at OneTen, a national nonprofit driving a skills-first movement to unlock career opportunities for talent without four-year degrees. She leads the organization’s Strategy & Growth function, which is responsible for long-term strategic planning, labor market and user research, impact measurement, and thought leadership.

In her role, April oversees cross-functional initiatives that guide OneTen’s employer and talent-facing strategies. Her team partners with corporations, academic institutions, and community organizations to surface actionable insights, monitor hiring and promotion outcomes, and position OneTen as a trusted authority in human capital strategy and skills-based practices.

Prior to OneTen, April built a career spanning both startups and large-scale enterprises, honing operational execution and leadership skills.

April holds a BA from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
