April Weathers is Chief Strategy Officer at SkillsRight, where she leads strategy for helping employers translate skills-first commitments into scalable hiring, advancement, and workforce-planning practices. She joined OneTen—the CEO-led coalition founded to advance skills-first careers—ahead of its 2026 evolution into SkillsRight, having previously served as its Director of Strategic Growth.

Prior to OneTen, April built a career spanning both startups and large-scale enterprises, honing operational execution and leadership skills. Earlier in her career she was a consultant at Boston Consulting Group, advising organizations on strategy and operations. 

April holds a BA from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
