Principal and KPMG Studio Leader
KPMG US

Anu Puvvada is a Partner and KPMG Studio Leader at KPMG US, where she helps shape the next generation of businesses for KPMG. She works at the intersection of emerging technology, venture building and the future of work. She leads KPMG Studio, the firm’s innovation incubator, transforming promising ideas into scalable, technology-enabled businesses and new growth platforms — including ventures such as AI security company Cranium.

A central focus of Anu’s work is moving AI beyond experimentation to measurable enterprise impact. She combines forward-looking research with real-world venture building to understand how organizations can redesign work, develop talent and create new sources of value with AI. Her Harvard Business Review research explores both what distinguishes sophisticated, high-impact AI users and how emerging talent creates value alongside increasingly capable AI — giving leaders practical insight into building an AI-ready workforce and sustained enterprise advantage.

Anu brings a builder’s mindset to AI strategy: identifying what is next, testing it in the real world and turning emerging technology into businesses, capabilities and new ways of working that can scale.
