Dr. Annette Schüller was Board Secretary and Group Head of Ethics & Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management at Givaudan, a Swiss multinational manufacturer of flavours, fragrances and active beauty ingredients. During her 10-year tenure at Givaudan, Annette has created the Ethics & Compliance, the Enterprise Risk Management and the Data Protection functions and also been a member of Givaudan’s sustainability steering team.

Prior to joining Givaudan in 2010, Annette worked as Legal Director at Tetra Laval International for six years, and before that as a corporate finance lawyer in the London office of then US law firm Holme Roberts & Owen. Prior secondments included the German Embassy, Singapore, the European Space Agency as well as a number of German law firms.

Annette is a German qualified lawyer and an Attorney-at-Law of the state of New York. She holds a Ph.D. in German corporate law from Tübingen University (Germany), a LLM from Columbia University (US) and a Diploma in French law from Grenoble University (FR). She is also a CFA Charterholder.

Annette is a German/US/Swiss national, currently residing in Switzerland.
