Anne Holiday is Chief Human Resources Officer at PQ, a global specialty chemicals company, where she leads the global people strategy, aligning talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness with business priorities. She is a transformation-focused HR executive with over two decades of experience guiding organizations through complex change, with deep expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

 

Prior to PQ, Anne held a series of senior HR leadership roles at Corteva Agriscience, where she played a key role in standing up the company as an independent organization following the Dow/DuPont separation. Over her tenure, she led multiple transformation initiatives across the HR function, including modernizing the HR service delivery model through automation and technology, and transforming talent acquisition and talent management to support rapid growth and scalability.

 

Earlier in her career, Anne specialized in M&A human capital strategy at DuPont and PricewaterhouseCoopers, advising on large-scale integrations, carve-outs, and post-merger transformations across manufacturing and industrial sectors. She has led HR workstreams for high-profile separations and spin-offs, helping organizations manage talent risk, leadership continuity, and cultural alignment to protect deal value.
