Anna Threadcraft is a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist who has been with Delta Air Lines for over six years. She has served in a variety of roles supporting Delta’s 100,000+ employees through health education and engagement efforts inclusive of mental, physical, financial, and nutritional programming. Anna currently serves as Delta’s food footprint manager and built the first company wide food policy and charter. These efforts ensure employees have access to healthy, affordable, and culturally inclusive food within the workplace.

Although an Alabama native, Anna began her career in Nova Scotia, Canada and has been a clinical dietitian, college nutrition professor, sports dietitian, and private practice nutrition counselor. Her diverse professional background includes international health education in Canada, Whales, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Haiti, Guatemala, Dubai, Morocco, and Egypt. In 2012, she became the first dietitian hired by Regions Bank and launched their employee wellness program for their 24,000 employees, later becoming the Employee Wellness Director for Alabama’s largest employer, the University of Alabama at Birmingham. 

Anna demonstrates effective strategic planning, communication and problem-solving skills with a passion for learning, customer focus, and bottom-line performance. She’s been recognized globally for leadership and innovative patient/employee engagement within diverse populations, and she uniquely offers a strong background in creative marketing and wellness campaign promotion to deliver proactive insights and outcomes that drive change. Her proven cross-cultural leadership and collaborative approach with diverse professionals has enabled her to cultivate a dynamic workplace of wellbeing.

Anna has both her bachelor’s and master’s degree in Science, with a focus on food and nutrition. She has a passion for the outdoors, plays the guitar, and loves putting a pin on her World Map after visiting a new country!
