Anna Bard is a senior corporate citizenship and social impact executive at Wells Fargo & Company, where she serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Employee Volunteerism, Disaster Response, and Global Philanthropy. In this enterprise-wide role, she leads strategies that connect employee engagement, charitable giving, and crisis response across the U.S. and international markets. Her work focuses on aligning community impact with business responsibility, long-term value creation, and trust-building with stakeholders.

With more than two decades of experience in corporate philanthropy and community relations, Anna is known for designing large-scale, place-based and employee-driven impact strategies. Earlier in her career, she led Community Relations for Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia, directing multimillion-dollar philanthropic investments and cross-sector partnerships.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Queens University. Anna brings to the Corporate Citizenship Summit a practitioner’s perspective on how companies can translate values into action through thoughtful philanthropy, employee engagement, and cross-sector collaboration.
