Her deep understanding of customer buying psychology and her ability to forge enduring client relationships have enabled her to drive multi-million-dollar contracts and spearhead new product innovations across a range of healthcare organizations.

Amy’s expertise spans P&L management, general management, strategic marketing, and sales leadership. She is celebrated for her strategic vision, strong financial acumen, and entrepreneurial approach, coupled with a hands-on leadership style. Her career experience is diverse, including impactful roles at Fortune 50 companies, mid-cap organizations, startups, and family-owned businesses.

Prior to joining Carrum Health, Amy served as SVP of Partnerships at Lyra Health and held multiple previous commercial leadership roles at Livongo, Teladoc Health, Vocera, Cardinal Health, and Landauer. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about transforming healthcare, mentoring talent and developing powerful professional networks.

Outside of work, Amy finds her greatest joy in her three children, daughter Kate, a post-graduate aspiring Pediatric Occupational Therapist, Grace, a Civil Engineer at Benesch, and Tony, a proud U.S. Marine. She is grateful for her family and the blessings in her life.
