Amy Arnold is a seasoned leader in health and well-being with over 20 years of experience in customer consulting and program development.  Amy is dedicated to creating cultures and environments where people can truly thrive. She is committed to meaningful conversations and driving impactful initiatives to enhance organizational well-being.

Currently, Amy leads the Mental Health and Wellness Go-To-Market efforts within Strategic Customer Engagement at Kaiser Permanente and has been with the organization for nearly 12 years. Her team spearheads national market-facing engagement, supporting customers, brokers, and members in understanding how Kaiser Permanente's Mental Health and Addiction Medicine care supports the mental health and well-being of their workforce.

Before her current role, Amy served as the Director of Workforce Health Consulting in the Mid-Atlantic region. She also owned a boutique health and wellness company in Virginia for eight years and spent 16 years developing network programs and online engagement at AOL.

Amy's academic credentials include a Master’s in Health Promotion and a BS in Leisure Services/Hotel Management. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist, Registered Yoga Instructor, and Health Coach. Amy resides in Arlington, VA.
