Amit is currently Vice President Human Resources for the Packaging Business in Tetra Pak. He reports to the CHRO and is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. 

Amit has over 20 years of professional experience of delivering value in various human resource positions at all levels across diverse industries. He holds a Master’s Diploma in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Gorakhpur in India. Before taking his current position, Amit was the Vice President for Talent and Organisational Development for the Tetra Pak group and was responsible for shaping and driving the leadership, culture and learning agenda for over 26,000 employees globally and support Tetra Pak in becoming a more Dynamic, Capable and Productive workplace. He joined Tetra Pak in 2007.
