Alisa Beckman is the Director of Benefits & Wellness at Bridgewater Associates, where she leads the firm’s strategy for employee health, preventive care, and well-being. In this role, Alisa oversees the design and delivery of benefits programs that support Bridgewater’s commitment to fostering a healthy, engaged, diverse and inclusive workforce.

Her passion lies in building benefits and wellness solutions that create real, measurable value for employees and communities. Prior to joining Bridgewater, Alisa held leadership roles in HR operations and project management for other global organizations, where she developed and managed programs focused on employee experience, data-driven wellness, and strategic health initiatives.

Alisa graduated from the University of Chicago with a B.A. in Political Science.
