Alexandra Eleftheriou is Chief People Officer and member of the Executive Committee at TITAN Group, a multinational materials company operating in more than 25 countries. She leads the Group’s people and organization strategy, focusing on culture, executive succession and compensation, and capability building.

With over 20 years of international experience, Alexandra has worked with boards and executives on organization design, leadership pipelines, M&A integration, and performance transformation, first as a consultant with Hay Group (now Korn Ferry) and Aon Hewitt, and later in senior roles within multinational, private and listed, family businesses. She is passionate about creating environments where people can thrive, shaping culture, strengthening leadership capacity, and creating business value.

Her leadership has been recognized with HR Excellence Awards and the 2024 Manager of the Year. An ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), she co-founded EMCC Greece, where she introduced award-winning initiatives to elevate coaching and mentoring, and served as President of the Hellenic Institute of HR Management.

Alexandra holds degrees from the Universities of Strathclyde and Manchester and is a Doctorate in Business Administration candidate at SDA Bocconi, focusing on one of the least understood yet most defining career moments, the transition to the C-suite.
