Alexandra Eleftheriou serves as Chief People Officer and member of the Executive Committee at TITAN Group, a leading global business in the building and infrastructure materials industry, operating in more than 25 countries with 6,000 employees.  She leads the Group’s people strategy, driving culture evolution, organizational development, reward, and leadership and capability building.

With over 20 years of international experience, Alexandra has advised boards and executive teams on organizational transformation, succession planning, M&A integration, and performance improvement. She began her career in consulting with Hay Group (now Korn Ferry) and Aon Hewitt before holding senior HR roles in multinational, family-owned, and publicly listed companies.

Her leadership has been recognized with multiple HR Excellence Awards and the 2024 Manager of the Year distinction in Greece. An ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Alexandra co-founded EMCC Greece, introducing award-winning initiatives to advance coaching and mentoring, and has served as President of the Hellenic Institute of HR Management. She holds degrees from the Universities of Strathclyde and Manchester and is completing a Doctorate in Business Administration at SDA Bocconi, exploring one of the least understood yet defining leadership transitions: the move to the C-suite.
