Alan Silver is the President of Ambetter Health Solutions, Centene Corporation’s off-exchange ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement) offering. In this role, Alan is shaping the future of employer-sponsored healthcare by driving innovation, expanding market reach, and ensuring Ambetter Health remains at the forefront of consumer-focused healthcare solutions.

With over two decades in health benefits and actuarial strategy, Alan brings deep expertise in designing and delivering scalable, client-centered solutions. Prior to joining Ambetter, he led retiree medical and ICHRA initiatives at Willis Towers Watson, where he played a pivotal role in developing exchange-based healthcare strategies and modernizing benefit offerings for employers nationwide. 

Alan’s leadership has consistently focused on aligning product development with evolving market needs, improving access to care and delivering value to both employers and employees in a rapidly changing healthcare landscape.

Alan has a Bachelor of Arts in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University.
