Alan Morales

Alan leads HR transformation for the North America Region at American Honda Motor, based out of Torrance, CA. He is currently leading efforts to enhance Honda's current HR operating model while also helping drive transformation across the enterprise. Alan has close to 20 years of experience driving business transformation across multiple types of changes including, M&A, divestiture, reorganization, leadership transformation, cultural transformation, process improvement, and technology implementation. His primary expertise lies with organizational change management and organizational design. 

Alan has had roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, Bayer Life Sciences, Prudential Financial, L'Oreal, and Pfizer. He has a BA in Economics from Yale University and an MBA from Chicago Booth. A native of New Jersey, Alan currently resides in Southern California with his partner, Julian of 8 years. He enjoys cooking — in particular making New York Style pizzas — and powerlifting.
