He is responsible for H&W, retirement and well-being benefits including strategy, design and operations. Prior to coming to Sanofi, Alan led the global benefits function for 10 years at a F500 financial services company. He also led up retirement programs at a large payroll provider for a few years and spent 14 yrs in consulting on retirement actuarial side.
