A graduate of Florida State University but a lifelong learner, Aimee holds the Group Benefits Associate designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, as well as the Certified Benefits Professional designation from WorldatWork. Aimee has managed benefits programs at companies of all sizes for over a decade, but is particularly passionate about holistic wellness programming and total rewards that drive company culture and empower employees.
