Adam Schreiberis a seasoned strategic advisor with deep expertise in Human Capital transformation, change management, and communications. With a career spanning the Healthcare, Financial Services, and Technology sectors, Adam specializes in leading people-centric transformations and building workforce strategies that drive alignment, engagement, and sustainable change.

Adam is currently Senior Director, Head of Transformations Change & Comms at PepsiCo, following his role as Global Director, Change & Comms at Johnson & Johnson’s Enterprise Transformation Office. Prior to J&J, he held senior consulting roles at Slalom and PwC, where he led large-scale enterprise transformations and developed organizational design frameworks that helped companies navigate complexity and foster employee adoption.

Earlier in his career, Adam led Employee Engagement at Prudential Financial, served as Strategy Director at a boutique brand and reputation consultancy, and co-founded a tech startup.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Adam is a dual U.S.-Canadian citizen. He holds a B.S. from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Business & Strategy Certificate from the Wharton School of Business. Outside of work, he’s an avid golfer and snowboarder, passionate home chef, and a fan of fine Scotch and red wine. He lives in Bloomfield, NJ with his two young sons, Dean and Grey.
