Abigail Martiner

Abigail Martiner is a Member Engagement Manager at The Conference Board’s Governance & Sustainability Center. She serves as a strategic partner to a diverse portfolio of Member companies, supporting senior executives through tailored insights, connections, resources, and convenings. Since joining in April 2024, Abigail has focused on building long-term relationships, driving member value, and aligning strategic support with each organization’s goals.

She works at the intersection of people, ideas, and mission—bringing experience in relationship management, strategic communications, and executive engagement. Prior to joining The Conference Board, Abigail worked in partner relations for a high-growth start-up and in member relations for an international professional association.

She holds an MA in Public Policy from King’s College London and a BA in Politics and International Relations from Royal Holloway, University of London. After eight years living and working in London, she recently relocated to New York City.
