Yogita Naik is a former Senior Fellow, Human Capital Center. As an HR executive for major business units operating on global platforms across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific, Yogita has designed and delivered major transformation and change management initiatives.

Most recently, Yogita was Managing Director (Officer), HRBP Practice Lead at AXA Equitable, where she was brought in to set up the foundation for the people and culture agenda and to support the transformation of a 160-year-old company during its separation from AXA Group to become an independent US-based retirement solutions company (Equitable). Previously, Yogita was Global Head of Human Resources, Senior HR Business Partner, Commercial Insurance at AIG Inc., where she spent six years during the company’s transformation and restoration after the financial crisis. Prior to AIG, Yogita worked at Pfizer, focusing on large-scale complex change management efforts.

Yogita holds a master of arts in human resources-industrial relations from the University of Minnesota and a master of arts in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Mumbai, India.
