Yang-Sheng (YS) has been with Standard Chartered Bank for almost 10 years. He is currently the Head of HR for SG and ASEAN and was previously the Global Head for Organisation Design (internal restructuring). Prior to this, he spent a year with DBS and spent 10 years with Deloitte Consulting in the US serving Fortune 500 companies in healthcare and life sciences. He is a member of the MAS HR Industry Group and on the Asia CHRO Council with The Conference Board.
