Currently, Vivian serves as Head of People at Kenvue for its Asia Pacific Region, leading end-to-end People strategy for the global consumer health company that owns iconic brands including Neutrogena®, Listerine®, Aveeno®, Band-Aid®, Johnson’s®, Tylenol® and many more. Prior to Kenvue, Vivian has had various HR leadership roles at Coca-Cola, Nike, Mars and Rio Tinto in Asia Pacific and the US.
