Vickie Strickland is Vice President, Corporate Benefits for UnitedHealth Group. She has responsibility for the strategy, design and administration of the health and welfare benefits, retirement benefits and well-being programs for the enterprise. Her team also supports the M&A benefits integration activity. She is passionate about designing plans and programs that encourage employees and their family members to engage in their health, whether it is physical, emotional, or financially focused.  

Vickie joined UnitedHealth Group in November of 2020. Prior to UHG, she spent 25 years at Delta Air Lines where she held various roles within corporate benefits, ultimately leading the global health and well-being strategy. She was instrumental in driving health awareness and engagement through behavior change and improving overall health outcomes for a complex and diverse workforce.

Vickie is originally from Alexander City, Alabama, which is approximately 40 miles west of Auburn University. She holds a business degree with an emphasis in marketing from Auburn. She lived in Atlanta, GA for 26 years, and recently relocated to Minnesota with her family in July of 2021.
