His career spans senior roles at major agribusinesses such as ADM, Bunge and Cargill, working closely with boards and executive leadership teams to shape finance and business strategy, strengthen governance, and drive sustainable growth.

Kum Seng has a strong track record in finance transformation, M&A, and operational performance management in the agri-food and nutrition sectors. Known for his disciplined approach, strategic mindset, and ability to partner across functions, he brings clarity and rigour to complex business environments. Having retired from full-time executive roles in September 2025, he now focuses on purpose-driven work, including leadership coaching and his role as a Council Director of the Asia CFO Council.
