Trent Jones is a strategic, people-focused HR leader with deep experience across 13 countries in Asia. As Vice President of HR for ABB Electrification Service in Asia, he partners with senior leaders to drive business transformation, workforce strategy, and leadership development in alignment with ABB’s global vision.

Trent brings a strong foundation in coaching, holding certifications in NLP Coaching, is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a Certified Multipliers Leadership Facilitator. His approach combines analytical insight with a human-centered mindset, enabling him to craft high-impact talent strategies and build future-ready leadership across culturally diverse environments.

He is a driving force behind ABB’s regional Culture of Innovation competition and the global Electrification Service Wellbeing Initiatives, including data-driven wellness monitoring and the Global Move Challenge, which foster engagement, wellbeing, and collaboration across the business.
