Todd Gershkowitz is Co-CEO and Co-Founder of PayStandards, an AI-powered compensation decisioning platform helping organizations make more consistent, explainable, and data-driven pay decisions. He brings more than 30 years of experience leading human capital functions and advising Fortune 500 companies and board compensation committees.

Most recently, Todd served as Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources at State Street and previously held senior leadership roles at UBS, IBM, GE, and Citibank. He also founded an executive compensation consulting firm that later merged with Farient Advisors.

He is a founding member of the Executives Forum of the Cornell Institute for Compensation Studies and serves on the Advisory Board of the Cornell Center for Applied Research on Work, where he established and funded research focused on the impact of AI on the future of work. For the last eight years, Todd also served on the board of LineVision, an electrical grid optimization company, where he chaired the Compensation Committee. Todd holds an M.S. from MIT and a B.S. from Cornell University.
