Tim Stawicki is a senior director of Health and Benefits in WTW’s Chicago office and has worked in the industry for nearly 20 years.  He currently serves as the chief actuary and financial, actuarial, and analytics (FAA) lead for the North America Health and Benefits practice, overseeing a team driving the development of intellectual capital and delivery of quantitative expertise to our clients.

He supports financial and risk management strategies for employer health and welfare benefits, including integration with broader total rewards. He has worked on a variety of projects including benefit harmonization strategies, vendor analytics, development of several of WTW’s national actuarial tools, and data analysis for WTW’s proprietary medical discount warehouse. ?
