Takeshi is a professional coach, trainer, and facilitator specializing in leadership, team, and organization development as Founder and Chief Coach of Agile Organization Development. He is also a certified workplace mediator and trainer in conflict resolution, and a lecturer at his alma mater, INSEAD, where he was selected for the INSEAD AI 50 in recognition of his work in AI education.

Based in Singapore, Takeshi leads a global tribe of expert OD practitioners who help organizations navigate change, transformation, and innovation. His clients are typically multinational corporations, although he equally enjoys partnering with government agencies, regional firms, family businesses, mission-driven organizations, and, close to his heart, startups and SMEs. Takeshi brings 30 years of front-line business experience, first as a career banker at Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank, and later as a serial startup entrepreneur, and everything he coaches is grounded in real practice. He has a third-culture upbringing which enables him to undertake nuanced, high-context, cross-cultural work across geographies. He is a native English and Japanese speaker. Takeshi holds an ICF PCC with ACTC, and specialist credentials including ORSCC, Hogan Advanced Interpretation, and Advanced Certification in Neurodiversity Coaching.
