Steven brings 25 years of executive search and board recruiting experience from the U.K. and U.S. markets to JamesDruryPartners. Steven currently advises CEOs and Boards in the selection of talent.

Steven’s board clients have ranged from public companies with $100B to $1B in revenues. He has helped boards navigate governance and human capital identification, and acquisition of key board talent, within the ever changing board ecosystem. He has experience working with sitting CEOs, and functional leaders in the C-Suite. His unique position allows him to assist boards as they weigh business acumen, diversity challenges, cyber security risks, capital allocation, and ESG considerations. Steven had worked primarily out of London, and Chicago.

Focused on the C-Suite, he previously led the executive search practice of an FTSE 250 publicly traded recruitment company in Chicago, Boston, and Canada.

Steven has a BS in Business from the University of Gloucester in the U.K.
