Steve Williams is Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Verizon, where he leads strategic investments, acquisitions, partnerships, and divestitures to drive growth and strengthen Verizon’s position in connectivity, digital infrastructure, and emerging technologies. Prior to Verizon, Steve led strategic investing and M&A at Delta Air Lines, helping build the world’s largest portfolio of global airline investments and joint ventures while overseeing early-stage investments in innovative technology companies. Earlier in his career, he was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley working as an M&A generalist in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group as well as a coverage officer in the Global Industrials & Transportation Group.
