Steve Williams is Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Verizon, where he leads strategic investments, acquisitions, partnerships, and divestitures to drive growth and strengthen Verizon’s position in connectivity, digital infrastructure, and emerging technologies.

Prior to Verizon, Steve W. led strategic investing and M&A at Delta Air Lines, helping build the world’s largest portfolio of global airline investments while overseeing venture investments in innovative technology companies. Earlier in his career, he was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, advising on more than $250 billion in announced M&A transactions and over $70 billion in capital markets issuances.
