Shannon Anderson-Finch is a global people leader with over 20 years of experience in culture, change, and talent management and development. She has led enterprise-wide talent programs at Google and Deloitte focused on onboarding, global mobility, and developing managers and leaders across complex organizations. A former university instructor and published linguist, she brings a unique lens shaped by a PhD in Linguistics, a BA in Anthropology, and certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching.
