Rumana brings over 25 years of experience leading HR teams across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. She joins FedEx from British American Tobacco, where she served as a trusted business partner and delivered strong business outcomes through strategic talent management, organizational and leadership development, employee relations, and transformation initiatives. Her expertise in shared services, total rewards, and diversity & inclusion continues to strengthen the global HR organization and the APAC Region.

Born in Bangladesh and raised in India, Rumana’s multicultural background shapes her global leadership perspective. She is an avid reader who enjoys travelling and spending time with her family of two daughters and husband whom she met in University.
