Rodney Moses

Rodney Moses is a Senior Fellow, Human Capital, at The Conference Board. Rodney is a seasoned talent acquisition executive with over 30 years of experience designing and delivering innovative talent solutions that empower organizations to build scalable, sustainable, and high-performing teams worldwide. 

Rodney's career has been defined by leadership roles in human resources and talent acquisition, where he has provided strategic vision, transformation, and execution for some of the world's most iconic brands, including Koch Industries, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Hilton Worldwide, BlackBerry, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Life Technologies, and PwC. He founded Edgewater Talent, which focuses on retained executive search, executive coaching, leadership consulting, and talent strategy and implementation consulting. 

He is a distinguished member of Dr. Marshall Goldsmith's 100 Coaches and is a professional coach in Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. He is also a proud Global Council for Junior Achievement Worldwide member. Rodney earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
