Rick George is the Senior Director of Benefits and Wellness at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc., where he oversees all aspects of the company’s health plans, disability, leaves, and retirement programs for employees in US, Canada and Mexico.   He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, with a degree in Business and Marketing.

Over the years, Rick has held several key roles, including Personnel Manager, Benefits Manager, Director of HRMS, and now, Senior Director of Benefits and Wellness. In addition to his work at J.B. Hunt, Rick is a certified group fitness instructor at the Fayetteville Athletic Club, where he supports local wellness initiatives.

Rick's dedication extends beyond the workplace. He has been recognized as a member of the "40 under 40" class by both the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal and the Arkansas Business Journal. He has served on the American Heart Association's local board, was Chair of the Northwest Arkansas Heart Walk, and participated in the "Real Men Wear Pink" campaign to support breast cancer research. His passion is not only to care for J.B. Hunt employees and their families but also to contribute to improving the health and well-being of the broader community.
