Priya Kameshwari is Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Deployment at Standard Chartered. Based in Singapore, she leads the Bank’s global approach to attracting, assessing, and deploying talent, with a focus on building a skills-led, agile, and future-ready workforce.

Priya brings more than two decades of experience in talent acquisition and workforce transformation. Her work spans strategic hiring, internal mobility, skills-based deployment, recruiter capability building, and the use of technology, data, and AI to improve recruitment outcomes and the candidate and hiring-manager experience. Before joining Standard Chartered, she held talent acquisition leadership responsibilities at HSBC.

She is passionate about strengthening talent acquisition’s role as a strategic business partner—moving beyond filling vacancies to anticipating workforce requirements, developing critical talent pipelines, and connecting people with opportunities where their skills can have the greatest impact.
