Perry is WTW's Global M&A Practice Leader. He works across the globe with our clients on all types of complex transactions, including buy and sell side corporate and private equity transactions, mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, divestitures, IPOs, and joint ventures. Perry was formerly a Partner and the Global Human Capital M&A Leader at Aon and the Americas HR M&A Practice Leader at EY.

Perry has been consulting exclusively on the people issues raised in the context of all forms of complex global corporate transactions for over 25 years.  Perry’s expertise spans all sectors and HR domains, including executive and broad-based compensation, retention, legal entity transition/employment transfer, employee benefits, culture and engagement, talent, and HR operating model and system transition and continuity. In addition, Perry assists clients with the development of their HR M&A Centers of Excellence (COEs), including the creation of HR M&A processes/models, digital platforms and playbooks, and training.

Education and Credentials?

Perry holds a JD from New York Law School (magna cum laude), an LL.M (in Taxation) from NYU School of Law and a B.S. in Economics from Manhattan University.
