Responsibilities

Paul is a vice president within our Greater Chicago Health Solutions team. In his role, he is responsible for delivering strategic solutions to key accounts, driving innovation across the Aon organization, and maximizing Aon assets to deliver value to our client partners.  Paul’s goal is to earn the title of trusted advisor to each of his clients.

Experience

Prior to joining Aon in 2022, Paul served as the sales lead at Amazon Care, and vice president of National Accounts at Cigna. Prior to his role in National Accounts, he held numerous roles with the Product, operations, account management and behavioral health areas of Cigna.

Paul first began working in the industry in 2001.

Expertise

Paul’s expertise includes health solution innovation, consumer health engagement, and strategic growth.

Education

Paul earned a master’s degree in business administration from Northern Illinois University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Northern Illinois University.

He is an alumna of The Second City Training Center in Chicago.
