Paul DeNicola is a Principal at PwC’s Governance Insights Center, advising corporate boards, executives, and institutional investors on governance matters. He manages PwC’s corporate governance research and thought leadership and is a seasoned speaker with over twenty years of experience in the field. Paul is an Associate Professor at NYU’s Stern School of Business, teaching corporate governance and professional responsibility. He has served on various non-profit boards, including The Society for Corporate Governance and the NACD’s NJ Chapter. Twice recognized on Directorship Magazine’s list of the 100 most influential in U.S. governance, Paul was also honored by the Millstein Center for Corporate Governance and Performance. Before PwC, he directed The Conference Board Governance Center, focusing on governance, risk management, and business ethics. He holds BA and MA degrees from New York University and a PhD in philosophy and communications from the European Graduate School in Switzerland.
