Olivia is a pharmacist by background and a consultant located in WTW’s Minneapolis office.  She has over 20 years of experience in pharmacy and 10 years in consulting. She consults on several pharmacy management areas including pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) vendor oversight, auditing of services, financial and clinical benchmarking, plan design strategy and implementation, utilization management program assessments, clinical and specialty innovation programs, market checks and annual reviews. Over her career, she has advised clients in many different industries, including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, transportation, and agriculture in middle- and large-market segments. Olivia leads our Pharmacy Innovation practice and she is responsible for overseeing initiatives such as specialty projects, clinical and marketplace intelligence, audits and data analytic pharmacy work. She also serves as a member of the WTW Pharmacy and Therapeutics committee, various inclusion and diversity chapters, and specializes in innovation and design based thinking.
