Nora Anderson is the Senior Vice President of Talent and Culture Enablement at U.S. Bank. Nora leads initiatives focused on leadership development, coaching, and assessments, contributing to the bank's commitment to fostering a strong organizational culture.

Prior to joining U.S. Bank, Nora served as Vice President of Global Clients at MindGym, where she partnered with Fortune 500 executives to drive people development and culture transformation strategies. Her experience also includes serving as Executive Director of Executive Education at the University of Minnesota, overseeing a portfolio of over 50 programs. Additionally, she has held leadership positions at UNICON, Universidad Empresarial Siglo 21, and IE Business School, specializing in executive education and corporate training.

Beyond her corporate roles, Nora contributes to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, where she teaches an MBA course on Leading High-Performance Teams and Organizations in Spanish.

Her academic credentials include an MBA from IE Business School and an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
