Nikki joined Radius as a Consultant in 2025 having established her personal brand globally over three decades while based in Hong Kong. As a recognised global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) leader, Nikki Davies has crafted and executed strategies and interventions to strengthen inclusion, deepen belonging, achieve diverse representation targets, and deliver equity in large and medium sized organisations, with in-depth understanding of the Asia Pacific Region.

Her corporate career spanned Talent & Development with Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse, then a pivot into Recruitment, then combining her cross-functional skillset rising to Head of Diversity & Inclusion Asia Pacific. She led the establishment of the Women’s Network for both banks, and the award-winning Pride Network for Credit Suisse Asia.

Nikki was the first Global Diversity & Inclusion Director for Prudential plc: developing a strategy that achieved measurable impact and results including the establishment of PRUCommunities: a cohesive Affinity Group Strategy supported with a comprehensive Playbook, across multiple demographics and intersections. She secured Prudential’s commitment to CCLA Corporate Mental Health Benchmarking as a founding participant, sponsorship of the This is Me Campaign with Community Business, and solidified the corporation’s commitments to the United Kingdom Government’s HMT Women in Finance and the Parker Review initiatives.

Nikki has firsthand experience in establishing, growing, and sustaining Employee Resource Groups. She has observed the power of employees sharing their lived experiences through impactful storytelling as a catalyst for change through developing connection, understanding, and empathy, resulting in a strengthened sense of inclusion and belonging in the workplace for the networks and community that forms as a result.

Nikki is currently on the Board for the charity Inspiring Girls Hong Kong, having previously been Chair, and is a Human Resource Committee member for Oxfam Hong Kong. She operates her own consultancy in Asia, coNEXTion, supporting companies to unlock potential through creating inclusive experiences that champion kindness, understanding, respect, and acceptance implementing bespoke interventions aligned to business and people strategies with performance-led outcomes. She leverages her accreditation as an ICF-ACC and Resilience Coach paired with her Team Psychological Safety Practitioner and other Certification to support individuals transform themselves and their places of work for the better.

Nikki is excited to continue to develop her strategic alliance with Radius and contribute her knowledge and expertise as this world-leading organisation continues its mission in supporting employee-led group strategy and intervention.
