Mike is a senior vice president and strategic consulting actuary within

Aon’s Health Solution practice, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As

a longtime lead consultant and actuary, Mike facilitates client strategic

planning and consulting on financial impacts of varying strategies,

designs, and funding alternatives on their health and welfare benefits

programs.

Mike first began working in the industry when he joined Aon in 1989

and has served Aon for his entire 36-year career. Over the course of his

tenure, Mike has consulted with many clients on a broad range of

strategic healthcare and welfare program initiatives and financial

impacts. Mike services organizations of all sizes and industries, having

worked with organizations as small as a few hundred employees to

those approaching 500,000 employees. He supports his clients by

leading data-driven strategic processes, developing innovative

recommendations, and supporting direct interaction with client C-suites

and board committees, as well as union representatives.

to our Aon partnership in support of your trend mitigation, population

health improvement, vendor partner sourcing/integration, and

leadership approval efforts across your health and welfare programs.
